Ingredients
  

  • 20 jumbo pasta shells
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • Fresh basil or parsley for garnish

Method
 

  1. Cook pasta shells until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Brown ground beef in a skillet with seasoning, salt, and pepper. Drain excess fat.
  3. Mix beef with ricotta, mozzarella, and Parmesan.
  4. Stuff each shell with the mixture and arrange in a greased baking dish.
  5. Pour marinara sauce over shells and cover with foil.
  6. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 25–30 minutes.
  7. Uncover and broil for a few minutes if desired. Garnish and serve.

Notes

  • Substitute beef with Italian sausage for extra flavor.
