Method
- Cook pasta shells until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Brown ground beef in a skillet with seasoning, salt, and pepper. Drain excess fat.
- Mix beef with ricotta, mozzarella, and Parmesan.
- Stuff each shell with the mixture and arrange in a greased baking dish.
- Pour marinara sauce over shells and cover with foil.
- Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 25–30 minutes.
- Uncover and broil for a few minutes if desired. Garnish and serve.
Notes
- Substitute beef with Italian sausage for extra flavor.
