  3. In a medium bowl, mix the ricotta cheese with salt, pepper, and honey until smooth.
  4. Chop fresh strawberries into small, uniform pieces.
  5. Spread a generous spoonful of the ricotta mixture on each toasted baguette slice.
  6. Artfully place the chopped strawberries on top of the ricotta.
  7. Drizzle balsamic glaze over the bruschetta.
  8. Garnish with fresh basil just before serving.
