Method
 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out the thawed puff pastry to 1/8 inch thick and cut into 1x4 inch strips.
  3. Wrap each cocktail sausage tightly in a pastry strip and seal with egg wash.
  4. Place the wrapped sausages seam-side down on the baking sheet and brush with egg wash.
  5. Whisk together honey, barbecue sauce, soy sauce, garlic powder, and paprika in a bowl.
  6. Bake the wrapped sausages in the oven for about 15 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Brush the baked sausages with the sweet glaze and return to the oven for 5 more minutes.
  8. Let cool for a couple of minutes before serving with barbecue sauce on the side.
