Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Cook the noodles in boiling water for 6-8 minutes until tender, then drain and rinse with cold water.
  2. Marinate the sliced chicken with cornstarch and soy sauce for about 10 minutes.
  3. Prepare the sauce by whisking together soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, hoisin sauce, sriracha, and sesame oil.
  4. In a hot pan, cook the marinated chicken for 5-7 minutes until browned and cooked through.
  5. Sauté garlic in the same pan for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  6. Add bell pepper and carrots; stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
  7. Return chicken to the pan, pour in the sauce, and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  8. Add cooked noodles and toss everything together until well combined and heated.
  9. Garnish with green onions, sesame seeds, and cilantro before serving.
