Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Cook the noodles according to the package instructions, usually around 4-6 minutes, drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. Marinate the sliced chicken with cornstarch and 1 tablespoon of soy sauce for 10 minutes.
  3. Prepare the sauce by whisking together soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, hoisin sauce, sriracha (if desired), and sesame oil.
  4. Heat oil in a skillet and cook the marinated chicken for 5-7 minutes until browned.
  5. Sauté garlic for 30 seconds, add red bell pepper and carrots, cooking for 2-3 minutes.
  6. Combine chicken and sauce with vegetables, simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  7. Mix in the noodles, stir-frying for 1-2 minutes until heated through.
