- Preheat oven to 425°F. Toss fries with oil, salt, and pepper. Bake for 25–30 minutes until crispy.
- Season steak generously with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in skillet over medium-high. Sear steak 3–4 minutes per side.
- Add butter, garlic, and herbs. Baste steaks for 1–2 minutes.
- Rest steak 5 minutes. Serve with fries.

- You can air-fry the fries instead of baking.
