Ingredients
  

  • 8 slices of whole grain bread
  • 8 ounces of cooked bacon crumbled
  • 4 ounces of bleu cheese crumbled
  • 1/4 cup of mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons of Sriracha sauce adjust to taste
  • 1/4 cup of chopped green onions
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise and Sriracha sauce until well combined. Adjust the Sriracha to your desired spice level.
  3. Place the slices of bread on a baking sheet. Brush each slice lightly with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  4. Spread a generous layer of the Sriracha mayonnaise on each slice of bread.
  5. Top each slice with crumbled bacon and bleu cheese.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes, or until the bread is toasted and the cheese is slightly melted.
  7. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with chopped green onions before serving.
