Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise and Sriracha sauce until well combined. Adjust the Sriracha to your desired spice level.
Place the slices of bread on a baking sheet. Brush each slice lightly with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Spread a generous layer of the Sriracha mayonnaise on each slice of bread.
Top each slice with crumbled bacon and bleu cheese.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes, or until the bread is toasted and the cheese is slightly melted.
Remove from the oven and sprinkle with chopped green onions before serving.
