Step-by-Step Instructions
- Grease a skull-shaped pan. In a bowl, combine flour, instant yeast, sugar, salt, egg, and softened butter until smooth. Gradually add lukewarm water and knead for 5-7 minutes until smooth. Cover and let rise for 1-2 hours until doubled in size.
- Deflate the dough, divide into 8 pieces, shape into rounds, and press into the skull pan. Cover and let rise for another hour.
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Bake buns for 14-18 minutes until golden. Flip halfway for even browning. Let cool before removing from the pan.
- Shape ground beef into skull-shaped patties, chill for 30 minutes. Season and pan-fry on medium-high for 3 minutes each side.
- Add cheese slices on top of the burgers, cover, and allow to melt. Remove and set aside.
- Slice buns horizontally. Place cheeseburgers on the bottom half, add toppings, and cap with the top half. Serve immediately.

Notes
For best results, use fresh yeast, chill patties before cooking, and avoid overcrowding the skillet.
