Marinate Shrimp

- In a food processor, combine avocado, cilantro, jalapeño, minced garlic, lime juice, Greek yogurt, avocado oil, and a pinch of salt. Blend until smooth and adjust consistency with water.
Make Cabbage Slaw
- Slice green and purple cabbage thinly. In a bowl, combine the shredded cabbages and toss with avocado crema.
Cook the Shrimp
- Preheat skillet or grill over medium-high heat. Cook marinated shrimp for about 4-6 minutes until pink and opaque.
