Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add oil. Add the chicken and sear for 5-7 minutes per side until cooked through.

  4. Return chicken to the skillet, submerge in sauce, and reduce heat to low. Simmer for 8-10 minutes.
