Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Brown beef with onion in a skillet; drain excess fat.
- In a large bowl, combine soup, sour cream, and rice. Season with salt and pepper.
- In a greased baking dish, layer cabbage, beef, and rice mixture.
- Top with cheese and sprinkle with paprika.
- Cover with foil and bake 45 minutes. Remove foil and bake 15 more minutes until golden.
Notes
- Use cream of chicken soup for a slightly different flavor.
