  • Fresh dill and parsley chopped
  • Freshly ground black pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Arrange smoked salmon slices on a serving plate.
  2. Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice.
  3. Sprinkle with capers, red onion, herbs, and black pepper.
