Method
- Season ribs with salt, pepper, garlic, and onion powder.
- Place ribs in slow cooker.
- Mix BBQ sauce, beef broth, and Worcestershire sauce; pour over ribs.
- Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4–5 hours.
- Optional: Broil ribs for 3–5 minutes for caramelized edges.
- Serve with extra BBQ sauce.
Notes
- Remove the membrane on the back of the ribs for best texture.
- Great with mashed potatoes or coleslaw.
- For spicy kick, add hot sauce to BBQ mixture.
