Method
- Season chicken thighs with paprika, salt, and pepper.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil and sear chicken skin-side down until crispy, about 6–7 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, sauté garlic, then stir in orzo. Cook for 1 minute.
- Add broth and bring to a simmer. Stir in broccoli.
- Nestle chicken back in. Cover and simmer for 12–15 minutes, until orzo is tender and chicken is cooked through.
- Remove chicken. Stir in cheese and cream until smooth. Serve with chicken on top.
Notes
- For boneless chicken, reduce cooking time by 5–7 minutes.
- Add red pepper flakes for a spicy kick.
