  • 2 shots Jasmine Tea use tea bags or loose leaf
  • 1 cup Hot Water temp should reach 85°C/185°F
For Sweetness
  • 1-2 teaspoons Vanilla Syrup adjust to taste
  • ¼ teaspoon Vanilla Extract optional for deeper flavor
For Creaminess
  • 1 cup Milk of Choice oat or soy recommended
  • 1 dollop Whipped Cream optional for iced serving
For Iced Preparation
  • 1 cup Ice Cubes fill generously
  • 1-2 tablespoons Chopped White Chocolate optional for garnish

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Boil water until it reaches 85°C/185°F and steep jasmine tea for 3-5 minutes.
  2. Stir in 1-2 teaspoons of vanilla syrup and ¼ teaspoon of vanilla extract if desired.
  3. Heat 1 cup of milk using a steaming wand until warm, frothing until creamy.
  4. Pour frothed milk over brewed jasmine tea and serve warm.
  5. Let brewed tea cool to room temperature, taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
  6. Fill a tall glass with ice, pour in milk, then add cooled jasmine tea.
  7. Top with whipped cream and chopped white chocolate if desired. Stir before enjoying!
