Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb chicken breast cut into chunks
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cups green beans trimmed
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp cornstarch mixed with 1 tbsp water
  • Cooked rice for serving
  • Sesame seeds and green onions for garnish

Method
 

  1. Heat sesame and olive oil in a skillet. Cook chicken until golden and cooked through.
  2. Add green beans and garlic; sauté for 3–4 minutes.
  3. Stir in soy sauce, honey, and vinegar.
  4. Add cornstarch slurry and cook until sauce thickens.
  5. Serve over rice and garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.

  • Use air fryer for chicken for a crispier, low-oil version.
