Ingredients
  

  • Shrimp peeled and deveined 1 lb
  • Scallops ½ lb
  • Lump crabmeat 1 cup
  • Cooked pasta 3 cups
  • Heavy cream 1 cup
  • Shredded mozzarella cheese 1 cup
  • Parmesan cheese ½ cup
  • Butter 3 tbsp
  • Minced garlic 1 tsp
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Paprika for topping
  • Parsley for garnish

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic. Add seafood and cook just until opaque.
  3. Stir in heavy cream, salt, and pepper. Simmer 2–3 minutes.
  4. Combine seafood mixture with pasta and cheeses. Mix well.
  5. Pour into a greased casserole dish. Sprinkle with paprika.
  6. Bake for 20–25 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  7. Garnish with parsley and serve.
