Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- Cook the ground turkey over medium heat until no longer pink. Drain excess fat.
- In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Spread cooked turkey evenly in the baking dish. Top with bell peppers, onions, and shredded cheese.
- Pour the egg mixture over the turkey and vegetables.
- Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until eggs are set and top is golden.
- Let cool slightly before slicing and serving.
Notes
- You can swap ground turkey with chicken sausage or crumbled bacon for variation.
- Add spinach, mushrooms, or diced tomatoes for extra veggies.
