Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 8 large eggs
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1/2 cup diced onions

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  2. Cook the ground turkey over medium heat until no longer pink. Drain excess fat.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  4. Spread cooked turkey evenly in the baking dish. Top with bell peppers, onions, and shredded cheese.
  5. Pour the egg mixture over the turkey and vegetables.
  6. Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until eggs are set and top is golden.
  7. Let cool slightly before slicing and serving.

Notes

  • You can swap ground turkey with chicken sausage or crumbled bacon for variation.
  • Add spinach, mushrooms, or diced tomatoes for extra veggies.
