Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Cook the noodles according to package instructions, typically about 8-10 minutes, then drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat until it shimmers, about 1-2 minutes.
  3. Sauté minced garlic for 30 seconds until fragrant, stirring constantly.
  4. Add sliced chicken breast to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Stir in broccoli florets and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
  6. Pour in soy sauce and chili paste, simmer for 1-2 minutes to meld flavors.
  7. Combine the drained noodles with the mixture in the skillet, tossing to coat.
  8. Season with salt and pepper, and garnish with sesame seeds and green onions before serving.
