Cooking Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- In a bowl, mix ground beef, bread crumbs, parsley, parmesan, egg, garlic, salt, and pepper. Shape into 16 meatballs.
- Heat oil in a skillet, add meatballs, and brown for 5-7 minutes on all sides. Transfer to a plate.
- In the same skillet, sauté onion until softened. Add crushed tomatoes, bay leaf, salt, and pepper, simmer for 5 minutes.
- Return meatballs to the sauce, cover, and simmer for 8-10 minutes until sauce thickens. Serve over spaghetti.
