Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F
- In a large bowl, mix together all ingredients until well combined
- Transfer mixture into a greased loaf pan and smooth the top
- Bake for 40–45 minutes or until firm and golden
- Let rest for 5–10 minutes before slicing and serving
Notes
- You can use fresh cooked salmon instead of canned
- Serve with tartar sauce or dill yogurt sauce for extra flavor
- Leftovers make great salmon patties when pan-fried
