Ingredients
  

  • canned salmon drained and flaked
  • eggs
  • breadcrumbs
  • onion finely chopped
  • celery finely chopped
  • milk
  • lemon juice
  • parsley
  • salt
  • pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F
  2. In a large bowl, mix together all ingredients until well combined
  3. Transfer mixture into a greased loaf pan and smooth the top
  4. Bake for 40–45 minutes or until firm and golden
  5. Let rest for 5–10 minutes before slicing and serving

Notes

  • You can use fresh cooked salmon instead of canned
  • Serve with tartar sauce or dill yogurt sauce for extra flavor
  • Leftovers make great salmon patties when pan-fried
