- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- Cube 4 slices of white bread and spread evenly in the baking dish.
- Layer 8 slices each of ham, turkey, and Swiss cheese over the bread cubes.
- Cube the remaining 4 slices of white bread and sprinkle over the layers.
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, maple syrup, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Pour the egg mixture evenly over the layers in the baking dish.
- Drizzle melted butter over the top of the casserole.
- Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Then, remove foil and bake for 15-20 more minutes.
- Let it rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing and serving.
