- In a large skillet, heat over medium-high heat and add the ground beef. Brown the beef for about 5-7 minutes, breaking it apart with a spatula until it’s no longer pink throughout.

- Pour in the soy sauce and add the sesame oil, stirring until evenly combined. Allow the beef to simmer for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- While the beef simmers, slice your chosen vegetables like cucumbers and carrots into thin strips. Sauté spinach in a separate pan for 2-3 minutes.
- To assemble your Korean Ground Beef Bowl, place a scoop of warm steamed rice at the bottom of each bowl. Top with the ground beef mixture and arrange the fresh vegetables on top.
