Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Wash and cut the potatoes into 1-inch chunks and set aside.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, and water, whisking until well blended.
  3. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add the oil. Add the potato chunks and sauté for 5-6 minutes.
  4. Pour the prepared sauce over the potatoes and cover. Let them simmer for 5-7 minutes.
  5. Remove the lid and let the mixture cook uncovered for an additional 3-5 minutes until the glaze thickens.
  6. Transfer to a serving dish, garnish with toasted sesame seeds, and serve warm.
