Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prepare the Marinade: In a medium bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, olive oil, paprika, thyme, salt, and pepper. The mixture should be smooth and fragrant.
  2. Marinate the Chicken: Add chicken breasts to the marinade, cover, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to 8 hours.
  3. Prep the Sweet Potatoes: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Peel and cube sweet potatoes, place on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Roast for 15 minutes.
  4. Combine Ingredients: After 15 minutes, push sweet potatoes to one side of the sheet, add marinated chicken to the other side, and surround with green beans.
  5. Bake the Dish: Drizzle remaining marinade over chicken and vegetables, return to oven, and bake for 20-25 minutes until chicken reaches 165°F (75°C).
