Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Thaw the puff pastry overnight in the refrigerator. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add diced ham and spinach; sauté for about 3-4 minutes until spinach wilts.
  3. Cut the thawed puff pastry into 4x4 inch squares and place a scoop of the ham and spinach mixture in the center. Sprinkle cheese on top.
  4. Fold pastry squares into triangles or rectangles, pressing edges to seal. Use a fork to crimp the edges.
  5. Bake pastries in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. Cool pastries on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before serving.
