For the Dressing
  • ½ cup ranch dressing may use mayo or other dressings as alternatives
  • 2 to 4 tablespoons barbecue sauce adjust to taste based on preference for sweetness
  • ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper adjust to your liking

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add farfalle pasta and cook until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and rinse with cold water. Transfer to a mixing bowl.
  2. Chop romaine lettuce and halve cherry tomatoes. Dice turkey breast and cook bacon until crispy. Add to the bowl with cooled pasta.
  3. In a bowl, combine ranch dressing, barbecue sauce, and black pepper. Stir until blended.
  4. Drizzle dressing over pasta salad. Toss gently to combine ingredients.
  5. Serve immediately in individual bowls or a platter. Best enjoyed fresh.
