Method
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss all ingredients in a bowl with olive oil, syrup, cinnamon, salt, and pepper.
- Spread on a sheet pan in a single layer.
- Roast for 25–30 minutes until veggies are tender and caramelized.
- Garnish with rosemary and serve warm.
Notes
- Swap apple for pear or add Brussels sprouts for variation.
