  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and spray a 9x5-inch loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine meatloaf mix, onion, garlic, panko crumbs, and Parmesan cheese. Add Italian seasoning, kosher salt, black pepper, marinara sauce, and eggs. Mix until just combined.
