Herby Spread Preparation
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, Greek yogurt, chives, and dill. Stir until smooth.
Toasting the Bread
- Preheat toaster or oven. Toast the whole wheat bread until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
Slicing Tomatoes
- Wash and dry the tomatoes, then slice into ¼-inch rounds carefully.
Assembling the Sandwich
- Spread the herby mixture on one side of each slice of toasted bread, top with tomato slices, and close the sandwich.
Garnishing and Serving
- Sprinkle chopped dill or chives on top of the tomatoes, season with flaky sea salt or red pepper flakes, and serve immediately.
