Step‑by‑Step Instructions for Ground Beef Noodles
- Heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add 250g of ground beef and cook for about 5-7 minutes until browned.
- Stir in 1 teaspoon of grated ginger and 2 tablespoons of soy sauce into the beef. Sauté for another 10-15 seconds until fragrant.
- Pour in 1 cup of water and add 2 teaspoons of white pepper powder. Cover and let simmer for about 10 minutes on low heat.
- In a separate pot, bring salted water to a boil and cook 120g of vermicelli noodles until al dente, about 3-4 minutes.
- Mix 2 tablespoons of corn flour with ½ cup of water until smooth and add to the simmering beef sauce. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until thickened.
- Toss the cooked vermicelli noodles into the beef sauce, mixing thoroughly. Serve in bowls, garnished with spring onions, dark vinegar, and chili oil.

Notes
Rest the noodles briefly after cooking to prevent them from becoming too soft.
