- Shape the mixture into four equal burger patties, pressing firmly to ensure they hold together.
- In the same pan, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Cook the burger patties for about 2 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Transfer the cooked burgers to toasted burger buns and serve with your favorite toppings.
