Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken with onion, garlic, parsley, cumin, coriander, salt, and pepper.
  2. Wet your hands with olive oil to prevent sticking, and shape the mixture into 10 to 12 oval kofta.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (200°C / 400°F) and lightly oil the grates.
  4. Place the kofta on the grill and cook for 5 to 7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
  5. In a separate bowl, combine yogurt, lemon juice, and optional garlic to make the sauce.
