Step-by-Step Instructions for Crispy Bang Bang Chicken
  1. In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, Thai sweet chili sauce, Sriracha, and honey. Whisk together until smooth and creamy, about 1-2 minutes. Set aside.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together buttermilk, flour, cornstarch, egg, Sriracha, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Add chicken and marinate for 10 minutes.
  3. Spread panko breadcrumbs on a plate. Take each marinated chicken tender and press it into the breadcrumbs for an even coating.
