Preparation Steps

  3. Combine feta cheese, spinach, sun-dried tomatoes, minced garlic, and red pepper flakes in a mixing bowl.
  4. Sprinkle the chicken with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, oregano, and smoked paprika.
  5. Place filling at one end of each chicken breast, roll tightly, and secure with toothpicks or kitchen twine.
  6. Sear the rolls in an oven-safe skillet over medium heat for about 3-4 minutes on each side.
  7. Transfer skillet to the oven and bake for 25 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  8. Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
