Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a large bowl, combine chicken, soup, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Transfer mixture to a greased 9x13 baking dish.
- In another bowl, mix crushed crackers with melted butter.
- Sprinkle cracker topping over chicken mixture.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
- Garnish with parsley before serving.
Notes
- Use rotisserie chicken for convenience
- Add frozen peas or corn for extra texture
- Great with rice or steamed veggies
