Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease an 8x8 or 9x9-inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, combine chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.
- Spread the mixture evenly into the baking dish.
- In a separate bowl, combine crushed Ritz crackers with melted butter. Sprinkle over the top of the casserole.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes, until the top is golden and bubbly.
- Serve hot and enjoy with a simple salad or steamed vegetables.
Notes
- Add a cup of frozen peas or corn for a veggie boost.
- Can be prepped ahead and refrigerated until ready to bake.
