Ingredients
  

  • Chicken thighs or breasts boneless and skinless
  • Ramen noodles
  • Chicken broth
  • Heavy cream
  • Garlic minced
  • Butter
  • Soy sauce
  • Chili powder
  • Paprika
  • Sesame oil
  • Green onions sliced
  • Chili oil for garnish

Method
 

Prepare the Chicken:
  1. Season the chicken with chili powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. Heat butter and sesame oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Sear the chicken for 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through. Set aside.
Make the Broth:
  1. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  2. Pour in the chicken broth and soy sauce, stirring to combine.
  3. Stir in the heavy cream and let it simmer for a few minutes until smooth and creamy.
Cook the Noodles:
  1. Cook the ramen noodles according to the package instructions.
  2. Drain and set aside.
Assemble the Ramen Bowl:
  1. Slice the cooked chicken into thin strips.
  2. Divide the ramen noodles between bowls and pour the hot, creamy broth over them.
  3. Top with sliced chicken, green onions, and a drizzle of chili oil for extra spice.

Notes

  • For a milder version, reduce the chili powder and paprika.
  • Use fresh or frozen ramen noodles for the best texture.
  • For a dairy-free alternative, replace heavy cream with coconut milk.
