Ingredients
  

For the Brew
  • 8 cups Cold Water Essential for the cold brew
  • 4 bags Green Tea Bags Or use 2 tablespoons of loose leaf green tea
For the Flavor
  • 2 Ripe Kiwis Peeled and thinly sliced
  • handful Fresh Mint Leaves Fresh mint is preferred
For Sweetening
  • Honey or Sweetener Optional, customize to taste
For Serving
  • Ice Cubes Large ice cubes recommended

Method
 

Steps to Prepare
  1. In a large pitcher, pour in 8 cups of cold water. Add 4 green tea bags or 2 tablespoons of loose leaf green tea, along with a handful of fresh mint leaves. Stir gently.
  2. Peel and slice 2 ripe kiwis, then add them to the pitcher. Muddle a few kiwi slices for more flavor if desired.
  3. Stir in honey or sweetener to taste. Mix until fully dissolved.
  4. Cover the pitcher and refrigerate for 6-8 hours, ideally overnight.
  5. After steeping, strain the mixture into another pitcher to remove tea bags, mint, and kiwi slices.
  6. Serve over large ice cubes, garnished with kiwi slices and fresh mint leaves.
