Steps to Prepare
- In a large pitcher, pour in 8 cups of cold water. Add 4 green tea bags or 2 tablespoons of loose leaf green tea, along with a handful of fresh mint leaves. Stir gently.
- Peel and slice 2 ripe kiwis, then add them to the pitcher. Muddle a few kiwi slices for more flavor if desired.
- Stir in honey or sweetener to taste. Mix until fully dissolved.
- Cover the pitcher and refrigerate for 6-8 hours, ideally overnight.
- After steeping, strain the mixture into another pitcher to remove tea bags, mint, and kiwi slices.
- Serve over large ice cubes, garnished with kiwi slices and fresh mint leaves.
