Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups water
  • 4 black tea bags
  • 1/2 cup fresh orange juice
  • 1/4 cup honey or to taste
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 orange sliced
  • Ice cubes
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish optional

Method
 

  1. In a medium saucepan, bring 2 cups of water to a boil. Once boiling, remove from heat and add the black tea bags. Let steep for 5 minutes.
  2. Remove the tea bags and stir in the honey until dissolved.
  3. Add the fresh orange juice and ground cinnamon to the tea mixture, stirring well to combine.
  4. Allow the tea to cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 1 hour to chill.
  5. To serve, fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the chilled tea over the ice.
  6. Garnish each glass with orange slices and fresh mint leaves if desired.
