  • 2 ounces orange juice Freshly squeezed, muddled if using segments
  • 2 ounces pineapple juice Fresh juiced for best flavor
  • 2 ounces zero proof rum Try Lyre's brand
  • 1 dash grenadine Add more for sweetness or use pomegranate juice
  • to top ounces Sprite (or other lemon-lime soda) Can substitute with club soda for lower sugar
For Garnishing
  • 1 wedge fresh pineapple For serving
  • 1 slice orange Adds flavor and color
  • 1 piece cherry Classic garnish

Preparation Steps
  1. Gather your ingredients. In a cocktail shaker, pour in 2 ounces of freshly squeezed orange juice and 2 ounces of pineapple juice.
  2. Add 2 ounces of zero-proof rum to the cocktail shaker.
  3. Add ice cubes to the shaker and shake for about 10-15 seconds.
  4. Fill a short glass halfway with crushed ice and pour the mocktail mixture over the ice.
  5. Drizzle a couple of dashes of grenadine into the drink and top with Sprite.
  6. Garnish with a fresh pineapple wedge, an orange slice, and a cherry.
