  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup red candy melts
  • 1 cup blue candy melts
  • 1/2 cup freeze-dried strawberries crushed
  • 1/2 cup blue sprinkles
  • 1/2 cup mini marshmallows

Method
 

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring between each until smooth. Pour the melted white chocolate onto the prepared baking sheet and spread it into an even layer.
  3. In separate bowls, melt the red and blue candy melts using the same microwave method. Once melted, drizzle the red and blue candy melts over the white chocolate layer in a decorative pattern.
  4. Use a toothpick or skewer to swirl the colors together gently, creating a marbled effect.
  5. Sprinkle the crushed freeze-dried strawberries, blue sprinkles, and mini marshmallows evenly over the top.
  6. Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes, or until the chocolate is completely set.
  7. Once set, break the chocolate bark into pieces and serve.
