Method
- Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Grease a springform pan.
- Prepare red velvet cake batter and pour into pan. Bake for 10 minutes.
- Meanwhile, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla, mix well.
- Pour cheesecake mixture over partially baked cake.
- Bake for 40–45 minutes until set. Cool and chill at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
- Use full-fat cream cheese for a rich texture
- Let the cheesecake cool fully before slicing
- Top with berries or chocolate drizzle
