Preparation Steps

  5. Stir in the vanilla extract.
  6. Slowly add the flour mixture to the creamy filling, mixing until just combined.
  7. Roll the dough into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
  8. Press down the center of each dough ball to create indentations.
  9. Fill each indentation with raspberry jam.
  10. Brush the edges of each dough ball with a beaten egg.
  11. Bake for 18-20 minutes until golden brown.
  12. Cool on a wire rack and dust with powdered sugar before serving.
