  • 1 tablespoon lime juice Exclude if not desired

Method
 

Steps
  1. Start by cutting the chicken into 1-inch cubes and set aside.
  2. Cook the rice and green beans according to package instructions.
  3. Heat avocado oil in a skillet, add chicken, and sauté for 10-12 minutes.
  4. Whisk together the sauce ingredients in a bowl and set aside.
  5. Pour the prepared sauce into the skillet and cook for 3-5 minutes until thickened.
  6. Return the chicken to the skillet, toss with sauce, and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.
