Ingredients
  

  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 1/2 cups refried beans
  • 1 cup shredded cheese cheddar or Monterey Jack
  • 1/2 cup salsa or hot sauce
  • Sour cream optional

Method
 

  1. Warm refried beans on the stove or in the microwave until smooth and spreadable.
  2. Heat tortillas to make them pliable.
  3. Spread beans down the center of each tortilla, top with cheese, and add salsa or hot sauce if desired.
  4. Roll tortillas into burritos by folding in the sides and rolling tightly.
  5. Heat burritos in a skillet for 2-3 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
