Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine sliced sausage, diced sweet potatoes, and broccoli florets.

- Stir in honey, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, salt, and black pepper; simmer for 3-5 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Pour the glaze over the sausage and veggies, then toss to coat evenly.
