Method
 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Carefully make crosswise cuts about 1 inch apart on the surface of the bread, ensuring not to cut all the way through.
  3. Slice the Brie cheese into wedges and insert them into the cuts of the bread.
  4. Chop fresh cranberries and tuck them into the cuts alongside the cheese or dollop cranberry sauce into the slits.
  5. In a small saucepan, melt unsalted butter over medium heat and stir in minced garlic, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
  6. Baste the bread with the butter mixture using a pastry brush.
  7. Wrap the bread in aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes, then remove the foil and bake for another 5 minutes.
  8. Let the bread cool slightly on a wire rack before serving.
