Pistachio Cream Chocolate Chip Cookies are irresistible!

These soft and chewy cookies are loaded with chocolate chips and flavored with pistachio pudding mix for a fun twist that adds nutty flavor and irresistible texture.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup unsalted butter softened
  • ¾ cup brown sugar
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 3.4 oz box instant pistachio pudding mix
  • 2 ¼ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 ½ cups chocolate chips
  • ½ cup chopped pistachios optional

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment.
  2. In a large bowl, cream butter and sugars until light and fluffy.
  3. Beat in eggs, vanilla, and pudding mix until smooth.
  4. In another bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, and salt. Add to wet mixture and mix until combined.
  5. Fold in chocolate chips and pistachios.
  6. Scoop dough onto prepared sheets, spacing 2 inches apart.
  7. Bake for 10–12 minutes until edges are lightly golden.
  8. Cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.

Notes

  • Use white chocolate chips for a different flavor combo.
  • Store cookies in an airtight container to keep them soft.
