- Preheat your oven's broiler to HIGH and position the oven rack to the center.
- Line a rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil for easy cleaning.
- Slice the medium-sized red bell peppers in half from top to bottom and remove seeds and ribs.
- Place halved peppers cut-side down on the baking sheet and brush with olive oil.
- Broil the peppers for about 8-10 minutes until skins are charred and blistered.
- Remove from the oven and allow the peppers to cool for about 5 minutes.
- Carefully peel the charred skins off the cooled peppers.
- Slice the peeled peppers into thin strips and arrange on a serving plate.
- Top with prosciutto, burrata, olive oil, salt, black pepper, and parsley.
- Serve with crackers or crusty bread, optionally drizzled with balsamic glaze.
