Step-by-Step Instructions

  2. Line a rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil for easy cleaning.
  3. Slice the medium-sized red bell peppers in half from top to bottom and remove seeds and ribs.
  4. Place halved peppers cut-side down on the baking sheet and brush with olive oil.
  5. Broil the peppers for about 8-10 minutes until skins are charred and blistered.
  6. Remove from the oven and allow the peppers to cool for about 5 minutes.
  7. Carefully peel the charred skins off the cooled peppers.
  8. Slice the peeled peppers into thin strips and arrange on a serving plate.
  9. Top with prosciutto, burrata, olive oil, salt, black pepper, and parsley.
  10. Serve with crackers or crusty bread, optionally drizzled with balsamic glaze.
